Grievance Description:NL CASE in CIC Dada ko Pranam The Doctrine of Lapse/Escheat has been replaced by the Article 39(c) of the Indian Constitution. A public servant can conveniently interpolate revenue records of even martyrs by the sacrifices of whom these public servants are occupying offices. Sonia holds absolute power to tame public servants including judges under section 197 of the Criminal Procedure Code. Can you dare to get me back my land being usurped by UP Government?
